This interior redesign for a café in North Bay blends modern industrial architecture with warm, inviting elements to create a functional yet visually striking space. The design features clean lines, a neutral base palette, and black millwork contrasted with natural wood flooring to add warmth and balance. Open shelving, minimalist lighting fixtures, and a bold feature mural bring character without overwhelming the space. The centrally located service counter improves workflow while acting as a visual anchor, enhancing customer interaction and efficiency.

To keep the project economical, we focused on smart material choices and strategic upgrades rather than full replacement. Greg is the owner of Economical Roof & Reno Co, a company dedicated to repairing, protecting, and improving homes and commercial buildings. With years of hands-on experience, Greg focuses on repair over replacement, helping clients save money while maintaining quality.Greg’s approach combines honest advice, expert craftsmanship, and cost-effective solutions, making every building look better and last longer.

Worked across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, producing GFC and approval drawings, elevations, sections, 3D models, millwork details and estimates of projects, while collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary consultants.
